He asistido solo un par de veces a la donación de plasma, el personal es muy carismático y te reciben bien desde el momento que entras. Sin embargo ,de las únicas veces que he donado, en ambas me han resultado infiltraciones durante la donación, resultando que me pinchen y reacomoden el catéter múltiples veces (dejo moretón) durante la misma donación e incluso perdiendo ~200ml de sangre además del tiempo. Most of the staff is unprofessional, they talk about personal stuff in front of the customers, they're slow only because they are gossiping I know what's going on between the staff because of the gossiping. I went on a Saturday morning the front was slow and one of the phlebotomist stepped away for a while and one of the others "covered" for him because he wasn't doing his job. The others are okay, I get it when you're tired and over worked but maybe they need some more professionalism and customer service training. I wish I... read more
