I would give less stars if I could. Front desk employees are rude and weird. They seem to hate working there and wish they were someone else. Very off putting disposition and gives you the impression that you’re unwelcome in the facility. This donation center is a joke it's ran by incompetent rude people that don't know how to do their job. Don't waste your time coming here
Definitely the worst center I’ve been to. Employees are rude and racist. They don’t know what they’re doing. I along with others have left the center with bruises and swelling due to the lack of intelligence the employees have. Not one employee there has any professionalism when it comes to their job. They’re constantly yelling at each other giving attitude, cussing, and bickering. It’s really sick.
