In the years that I have been coming here to donate I have seen much improvement. The Nursing staff is wonderful, they are very friendly and thorough in making sure that you are medically safe to donate, which is very important for your health and those receiving your plasma. I love this place
The front desk worker is super helpful and friendly. It seems they pull them in different directions. They won’t always be at the desk. All the phlebotomists are super friendly. Only downside are the booth workers. They always seem to be acting like robots. It’s hard to understand them. If you have any questions everyone is very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend. Clinic is clean and welcoming.
