You guys are irritating im calling to find out what the qualifications are to donate. I don’t wanna drive an hour away to be turned down. So if you can’t answer your phones then I will not be going to you.
They take a long time you sit waiting in the waiting room for 90 minutes before being called in even when you have an appointment something that used to take 1 hour to walk in and donate and be done now takes 3 hours to donate. Very slow staff
