Horrible sat there for an hour and watched everyone go ahead of me because they claim they require appointments and plenty of people. Cancel appointments and I still have to wait till almost the end of the day.So I show it up early and they let people continuously go ahead of me and did not inform me that I wasn't going to be able to go until my appointed time
This location has not been the best. I had one of the phlebotomy techs tell me that I was dehydrated as opposed to small veins. Sometimes, you never know who comes to the facility and what there knowledge base is. I was a prior combat medic, instructor/writer, but particularly, the intravenous instructor. Rather than assume an incorrect evaluation of the donor, ask the donor some simple questions about the nutrition up to three days prior to the donation date. That day, I was about to piss my pants. Getting deadnamed and full deadnamed by the staff here is getting really really really old. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
Will never donate here again. Waited over 3 hours each time. They are understaffed and I totally understand that. However, the staff who are there are more concerned with eating lunch and chatting rather than taking care of the donors. If you finally get stuck and attached to the machine, pray that the machine doesn’t stop. They ignore the alarms and it takes so much longer than it should.
