This place absolutely deserves zero stars, came back after a couple months to sit with my partner while she did her on boarding because she was nervous and now you cant even do that. Honestly screw the hell out of this place, its way more worth it to just go to parachute in Brunswick or biomat in savannah. This place is just full of jokes
I came in on September 22nd at around 9am. I was doing the regular blood pressure and bloodwork when on of the representatives told me I could not donate because of low iron. I asked her if that meant I was anemic. She didn’t even know the answer to that. She just told me that it’s a 36 instead of the 38+ it was supposed to be. This place is terrible some lady gonna joke about what if i mess up this time. Then she can’t find my vein and is gonna go ahead and poke. Who does that?? Look at this bullcrap!
The staff that they do have is trying their best, but this place is 100% severely understaffed. Been waiting 3 hours and haven’t gotten my blood drawn yet. Please get more staff.
