I recently went by there about 4 times a week and nobody would help me with getting an appointment. When they finally got to me, they wanted to tell me they refuse to allow me to donate just because they want to. I was appalled when the lady was deliberately making it her mission to make fun of me based on the fact that I walk with a limp. This is the most unprofessional place there is they get you’re plasma and don’t send the money I donated at 1:00 it’s almost 6:00 no payment and they done closed that’s why nobody goes there to this location anymore they hire anybody and today I witness them allow a lady to stick a patient and she kept telling them she don’t know what she was doing they need to fire the entire staff and rebuild
This place needs people who move a a good pace not like some dying please get more help because this is crazy slow stop talking so much and do your jobs
Horrible sat there for an hour and watched everyone go ahead of me because they claim they require appointments and plenty of people. Cancel appointments and I still have to wait till almost the end of the day.So I show it up early and they let people continuously go ahead of me and did not inform me that I wasn't going to be able to go until my appointed time
