It's sad how these employees supposed to be working there to help save peoples lives. But when I tried to get in contact with them it took 5 times to actually reach them and when I was able to get a hold of them the staff are just rude maybe the lady I spoke with should think of working at a place more suitable for them because that was a terrible experience.. employee rate -0

7/6/25 UPDATE: Management please make it a priority to answer your phones. How can I get help when you guys don't answer? It is not correct that I will have to drive there for a question. The current employees there are PROFESSIONAL and nice. I hope they stay. All plasma centers that I have gone to have become too loud, grumpy, and and unprofessional. Surprisingly, all the employees here were friendly.
Cierra is an excellent healthcare worker with a warm presence and a professional attitude. She’s efficient, knowledgeable, and makes the initial part of the process—sticking the needle—quick and almost painless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes her work seriously. That said, I’ve noticed (and heard from a few others) that the needle removal can be a bit rough. This company is a rip off!! They keep changing their pay scale seems like every couple weeks you think you making a certain amount and almost ALWAYS make less I went to another center for my first donation then came here to get my second same company and they reassured me that I was going to continue the promotion just to come here and get 50 bucks because apparently they didn’t honor my promotion because they changed it one again smh then they’ll tell you their weekly promotion starts on a Monday so if you donate on a Satur... read more
