It's alright its safe and easy process . I just wish they werent as uptight on the small stuff like your pulse. I'm a med student and I know it's ok to be a little over 100. I been deferred once or twice for this and really needed the funds. I would just make sure you get it down to at least 99 and do as the requirements list. Eat well and so on. I'm here at Grifols right now about to give plasma. I brought my daughter for the 3rd time and two of those times they couldn't do new donors because someone has called out. I'm so sick and tired of how things are being handled. You mean to tell me you all only have one person that do new donors? No one else could do it? On top of that we get up out of our beds in the morning to come and donate only to be turned around and would make it even more disrespectful is that when you call up here they almost never ever answer the p... read more
Today, 12/20/2025, I had the worst experience. Truly a memorable reminder of how low the bar can be set and still somehow missed. Calling this location is an excellent way to practice patience, imagination, and lowered expectations. No one answers the phone, and voicemail appears to exist purely as a decorative feature. It's really sad when your trying to donate plasma to help save lives and Grifols never ever answer the phone. We the people have questions and concerns among other questions but can never talk to anyone on the phone and then when you drive their they sitting at the desk listening to the phone ring but don't answer the phone. Please get it together Grifols this looks really bad on your company. This should never be happening.
