Tried to go in as a walkin & wasn’t successful in the waiting process!! Understaffed & all they do is continuously take patients in. I was informed new donors rices will take up to 2 hrs! They don’t tell you the wait til the process starts can take up 2 hrs just waiting to be brought in!! Huge waste of personal time there just waiting & not even starting process.. 1 person checking EVERYONE on..

tengo mucho donando 100+ y puedo decir que ... los que tienen mucho tiempo trabajando ahí se cargan un caracter poco profesional (la mayoria no todos) y ya ni se preocupan por uno, y los que van empezando pues te tratan bien muy amables eso es muy bueno pero pues no saben picar bien y te dejan moretiados puedo hasta contar a las personas que si son buenas haciendo las 2 cosas me gustaría que no perdieran su amabilidad apesar del tiempo, o si no han tomado brake, lunch que es cuando más se les nota su carota.
