Unable to donate due to high heart rate, they refuse to retake on other arm or oximeter to properly check (they don't have one), all this over 1 point over. Which im always high, by the time they set up and connect me, i will be under. The last couple of time I have donated their is a problem. I had a break due to schooling and life, had to redue my physical and do the entire process. Willow was very friendly and made my first time much more relaxing than it otherwise would have been. 5 stars, would recommend. Good technique and patient while answering all my questions.
I do not like this plasma center it is dirty and staff is on friendly I don't like to write negative reviews but in this case I thought I had to put me 5 hours the first time when I donated
