Called 5 times to be promised a call back from "Michael"? I was calling to spend money and buy a heater! Clearly do not want to do business. Found their items direct from China because they use the same model numbers as the manufacturer. Have since bought from an Australian company that got back to me and sent me a heater within 4 days!
After contacting Biomass more than 4 times over 2 weeks we gave up trying to purchase a heater from them. We have since purchased a pellet heater from Bass pellet heaters and highly recommend them. Bass pellet heaters promptly replied to us after only contacting them once. Sadly there is not options for zero stars!

On purchasing a pellet heater from Biomass,I left a top review.However,the heater started blowing fuses half way through last winter.Made in excess of 20 phone calls and emails for help,but to no avail.Did not have one call back.Evidently they are only interested in sales,not back up.Have finally had the heater fixed,just the igniter,a simple solution that could have seen us with a heater last winter.A heater technician solved the problem straight away,no help from Biomass.In conclusion,an impressive heater but expect no hel... read more
Absolutely impressed with the performance of our new heater. Very fast heat generation after lighting.Clean & economical. Biomass pellets burn a lot hotter & cleaner than others we have tried.
