i have been here twice. the first time the lady who drew my blood seemed nervous and mildly unprofessional as she did it, but there were no issues. the second time i came, the same lady was incredibly unprofessional and used two needles on me unsuccessfully, one on each arm. i was in pain yet she did not seem apologetic in any way. it was one of the male nurses (not sure if he was a doctor or not) who approached me confidently and professionally and successfully drew my blood on the first try. i was poked three times that da... read more

My daughter went here a few times and ended up passing away shortly after her last visit. She told me upon coming home that the phlebotomist insisted on taking more and more blood despite nearly passing out. She explained that the phlebotomist inserted the needle more than twice on her arm because she apparently was not finding her vein. I REALLY hope this woman doesn’t work in the healthcare field anymore. My Recommendation: If you’re being paid by card, don’t leave the premises until you confirm the card is activated and functional. Otherwise, you might find yourself making numerous phone calls or even needing to return in person—a hassle that is just not worth it. In my case, I was given an invalid payment card and they offered no solutions over the phone.
