My wife has been a patient of Dr Eagle for 15 years and is now a very happy patient of Doc Bayley as well. Samantha has been a literal lifesaver and walked my wife through breast cancer in her 30's- a terrifying prospect made better by the calm and knowledgeable care she received. I want to preface this review by saying that Dr. Brenton Murphy is absolutely wonderful—one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for his patients. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his office staff, particularly Robin, the medical assistant. Dr. Murphy deserves much better representation. I have been going to biologic healthcare for the better part of a decade. I have always been pleased with the patient doctor relationships I have had here. So much so, my husband also started coming here on my recommendation and has used this office for the past 5 years himself. I’m very grateful to be a patient in this practice. Actually, both my teen son and I feel this way. Dr. Eagle helped me years ago to look at my diet critically as a fundamental step in the wellness journey. Her encouragement (and recipe suggestions!) helped my outlook on aging gracefully. ABSOLUTE WORST overall doctor's office experience I have ever experienced in my life. I did have an excellent in person office visit with Dr. Murphy! He was very down to earth, caring, and listened well. However, communication and follow-up have been absolutely horrendous. Everything seems be delayed here, and the staff was not upfront about expected time frames.
