I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this med spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being upsold to rather than cared for. What was supposed to be a quick treatment immediately turned into a pushy sales pitch for services and products I didn’t want or need. I tried to explain what I know works for my skin and what doesn’t, but every time I spoke, I was talked over and dismissed as if I didn’t know my own face. I have been a patient to bilogiMD spa for couple months, I was felling terrible super tired and no energy at all, since my first treatment I felt with more energy and able to lose some weight as well, the staff is super nice, attentive and knowledgeable Sarah has been very supportive, incredible nice and professional. I recommend this profesional and caring place if you need help with your menopause symptoms and want to lose weight as well. You won't regret it.
