I’ve been going here a couple times each week for the past month. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They do a great job making the process smooth and comfortable, and I’m usually in and out within an hour though I’ve always scheduled my appointments between 7 and 8 AM during the week. Other reviewers complaining about being there for several hours went at a busier time/day. They made me feel so welcomed and respected. As a transgender male, I truly appreciated it.
The personal is great I just have an issue with getting paid after donations. It should be you donate and instantly get paid before you walk out the door!
Everything went well on my first appointment, I was there a bit longer than expected the first time but that wasn’t too much of a problem. My second donation went so much faster and the staff was nothing short of incredible. They took good care of me and accommodated for me as needed. The process was painless and quick on my second donation and I will be returning two times a week regularly, these people deserve the best.
