I had a great experience at BioLife. First time donating plasma and nurses Shelly & Jacob were very attentive, made sure I was feeling good throughout the whole process, they checked in with me couple of times. They truly care about their patients. All the staff members were amazing. Thank you!
Hire professional staff!!! I can’t believe how badly I was treated at my last visit. I asked for a manager, she was just as unprofessional as the girl that was checking me in. BioLife will not make it here in Rochester, NY with rude staff! There needs to be a professional individual in charge at this site. The front end staff stand around chatting about personal life instead of checking individuals in. Staff is great here. but don’t accept appointments if your going to make me stand in line for 2 hours.
I would give them ZERO stars! HORRIBLE customer service. Was verbally assaulted in closed room for answering a question wrong! Not to mention I don’t think there employees are licensed medical staff.
Ima keep going cause I have to but when the lazy people are on schedule tge place moves slow as hell ! they let the lines get long and they call people to be seated only to leave them sitting for over 30 minutes . Im a person of.color myself so I can talk about em And dont let the little prissy petite girl stick you with the needle she will mess your arms up
