I come twice a week. Every time I sit and wait to be hooked up for at least 30 min. It’s very frustrating to see nurses standing and dancing and talking while I’m just sitting and waiting.
Your staff at the Southpark location are unprofessional - swearing while near patients. There was a problem with my machine on 10/12/25 after it had completed my plasma donation making it unable to distribute the saline. They let it beep at me for 30 minutes before she unhooked me from the machine. I then had to sit with the nurse for an additional 30 minutes and drink watwr & eat goldfish crackers to ensure I was ok. That part was fine. Worst ever wait times. No point in making a appointment. Don't honor the payment system. Kayla that works there needs a raise because the company clearly doesn't care about their employees!
