BioLife starts off with great incentives but the reward for donations quickly declines. My biggest complaint is that the facility is not staffed properly and there is often a long wait time to be checked in. Then one can expect at least a 30 minute wait standing (yes, standing) in line to be taken into the donation area and then another 20 to 25 minutes to be acknowledged. I feel invisible. Wonderful, attentive staff. They gave me all the attention I needed.
It was my first time donating and I was nervous but everyone was very kind and informative. I left without any hitches and will be back
