Worst ever wait times. No point in making a appointment. Don't honor the payment system. Kayla that works there needs a raise because the company clearly doesn't care about their employees!

The tech May, Faye, Terry and Meka are definitely team players and I love the energy. Great facility!
If you go here, expect to wait. If your a returning donor expect to wait even longer. They have no sense of urgency what so ever. I was in line and given a booth and then watched 4 people that were behind me in line get hooked up first. I will not be back. Edit: Reply to owner: I did contact you via that email and have gotten no response yet. I also reached out to the center by phone in an attempt to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone on 3 different call attempts.
