Phlebotomists need training to find veins and proper sticking. Vein is bruised now and can’t donate from one arm until healed not everyone can or should be doing this job and causing problems for others!
People with tattoos don't waste your time here and if you only have one good vein, don't even bother . This place sucks !!!
Horrible place there’s other plasma places that pay more and have better staff.
This facility seems to be understaffed causing lots of delays/wasted time for the clients. Expect the 1hr process to take 2-4hrs
DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of time and super sketchy. (I waited over 3hrs for nothing) There were so many RED flags. After all of the screening, computer questions, wait time and physical, they would not attempt to put the needle in because my veins weren't large enough?!? That is subjective and quite dissmissive.
