Never answers the phone (as a business no matter how “busy” you are if you’re open you should have someone to answer the phone takes 3 seconds….
The service is good. And most times, the wait isn’t excessive. However, the general “cleanliness” is unsatisfactory. There’s clearly blood all in front entrance. It’s disgusting. The entry needs to be cleaned. No one wants to see blood stained concrete at the entrance of a donation center of any type…..
