Bio life is Very clean, and the employees are extremely nice, and helpful.
bad experience almost every time I come here. Employees do not go in order, serving the people who got there after you even though you've been waiting for a very long time. I've only gone 4 times but every time I've had to get poked twice and the needle was dug so far into my arm and I wasn't even told what was going on until after wards they told me I was not able to donate.
So slow. No organization. Poke people out of order. One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Took an hour from my appointment time just to get poked and they didn’t even have a line. Total joke.
6/7/2025: Had a clot in my blood so I was told to sit down for 30 minutes. They gave me 2 Gatorade bottles and goldfish crackers. The problem is that I really detest Gatorade, so I didn't drink any of it (like last time I had a clot). It wasn't until I had 11 minutes left that a nurse called Ms. Sharon told me "if you don't drink these 2 Gatorades by time up, we'll ban you from donating here".
