I donated at several Biolife Centers across Michigan and with all the negative reviews of the center in Holland, I was discouraged to go, but in the end, I decided to give it a try. I scheduled my appointment same day on Tuesday 10/14 and there were a lot of open slots, but when I arrived in the afternoon, there were a lot of people in line - it was very busy! Very safe place help people healthi I think very safe place going treat you right
I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at BioLife in Holland, MI. Despite the staff being wonderful, the entire operation is plagued by incompetent system errors that waste countless hours. Each visit involves unnecessary delays, often waiting an hour or more to see a nurse due to their sloppy tech issues. The drive from Muskegon is a waste of time and gas when they fail to inform you in advance. Overall, unless you’re in a dire financial situation, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
