Came to the front desk and wasn’t even acknowledged. They make me wait to see the doctor every time I come in since my questionnaire won’t work. Every time. I make an appointment as a consistent donor I am treated like my donation and time is invaluable and the staff just do not care to help the patient rather make you wait like a number on a list. Do better!

They had me wait 2 1/2 hours total and should ensure the techs know how to properly stick an arm. Both my arms were stuck and neither worked. I left without donating so biolife did not benefit from this, and the guy across from me had an air bubble or some other issue. They were putting ice packs on him and I saw him say “I don’t feel good.” I prayed for him on my way out and I probably won’t be back. They are understaffed for the volume of donors they had.
No use in having an appointment if it still takes them several hours to see you.
