I absolutely love this location and staff at biolife. However, I feel like it should be a givin that when someone gets deferred, someone from the company needs to contact that person so they dont waste their time and money going to an appt, when it was canceled with out notice. I have yet still to hear from someone.
They need to change things no matter the day you come there’s always computer issues they have their machines turned down or what. Used to be an hour ish at a time now I’m at 2hrs plus. Something gotta change . Top side employees are nice and usually very tentative if u need anything
