I return recently for my two week Hiatus from BioLife but I was given a bonus for returning back which I will continue to do because of the great service
I love the location but lately it been really slow , which means a longer line . Also means good business means more clients .
I used to enjoy coming here. But over the last few months it’s been awful. The staff are rude, and never have smile on their faces. You wait forever in line which may be normal. But when the lines wrapped around there should be more then one or two techs at the vital station. I had an issue and have asked for a note to be put in my chart and it has never been done, which causes me issues. But also I end up losing out on money that would be helpful to me. The process went very quick and smooth. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.
Shannon is an amazing tech! She’s always so calm and has a great vibe and connection with all her patients. I never feel the poke of the needle when she’s doing it.
