Got sexually harassed by my male supervisor who talked about my “pussy” at the start of the work day. Julien Gradillas who is the supervisor who did this still works here. They fired me because I got sexually harassed. I am now banned from donating at any Biolife centers. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL FACILITY. A former employee.
I don’t even know why they schedule appointments because you WILL WAIT OVER 3 HOURS to donate!! Ther person who hooks you up will be worked so hard that they will annoyed with their job that they will treat you and your arm like they don’t care- because THEY DONT CARE!! I wouldn’t care either if I worked for a company that paid me peanuts, didn’t properly train me, didn’t require me to be certified and kept cutting my hours! Stop donating plasma!! These pharmaceutical companies are greedy and have no ethics at all!
Went in to donate with a scheduled appointment at 1135…. I didn’t get to my seat for draw until 3:20 and didn’t leave until 4. Unacceptable and ridiculous. This was my second time and I don’t think I will be back. What is the point in making an appointment if you’re so greedy that you overbook anyways! Also, you understaff yourself and your team to cut cost, but now you’ll need to get more new donors because I wont be back. Donate here if you want to wait in lines all day! 4 hours yesterday to get into a chair! Why even bother having people schedule appointments if you’re not even staffed to take this many people? What a waste of time, not work the hassle for the few bucks they give you. They sell your blood for thousands of dollars and treat you like a number, giving you scraps..they can’t even give you a bottle of water. Second time and last time.
