Gina who does the physicals is totally unprofessional and RUDE!! for absolutely no reason. I would suggest trying to get someone else to do it if able. Totally turned me off to the facility entirely. And FURTHERMORE since when is it acceptable to look up a person's address on Google and then show them a picture their own house asking if that's their residence when verifying an address?? Now my address is on that computers Google search.... ETHICAL VIOLATIONS LEFT AND RIGHT
I having problems with the application on schedule appointment and they do not want to help at all are they saying they can put it to trouble ticket in but here it is last time I was in the center I watched a representative answer phone calls and schedule it over the phone when the app was having problems now you can't even do this it sounds like that you got your picks at this location
