Terrible service! I don't recommend anyone to go there! Today, for the second time in a row, they cut in line for me! It's important to make it clear that this wasn't a first-time donor! In fact, today I was going to give up because the lack of respect was unbearable. I give this place 1 start because i had to in order to review this place . I been coming here for 1 yr and never again since i went to CSL plasma.. all the employees here in biolife are always fustrated mad and that reflects in everything not to mention the wait time is no joke ..At CSL u dont need apointment u walk in and thats it, not to mention you get pay the mnt u get disconected from the machine. My experience donating plasma was very disappointing. The process is poorly organized: 1. The pay is very low compared to the actual value of plasma. 2. Poor customer service: the staff gave confusing information and did not clearly explain the procedures. 3. Bad experience for donors: I wasted almost 2 hours, along with gas and effort, and in the end, I couldn’t complete either the physical exam or the donation. I do not recommend this place for donating plasma if you value your time and your experience.
They always have a mess, very unorganized and do not give you the proper instructions/information. Some staff members are rude.
