Very helpful and nice staff
The staff is very friendly. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I'm glad they finally started a reward system for repeat donors. I just wish they would be more consistent with their payment amounts. It changes every week. Also, it would be nice if we all got the same amount each week after the initial enrollment period.

Similar to going to a restaurant, the location you go to and the staff you happen to encounter that day can greatly vary how your experience is. Generally well trained and well mannered staff make the process smooth and a pleasure. Occasionally, this is not the case. While cost of living has increased, their financial compensation has decreased, lowering the incentive to frequent Biolife.
