Can I please get in contact with someone to speak about a phlebotomist at this location. I spoke to SOD and was told I can make a “case”. I’ve been coming here for about a year on and off and it’s been great until 3 weeks ago a phlebtomist inserted the needle wrong and I’ve had many complications since then.

How long do I have to wait for my vitals to get checked again after being sent to sit for recheck , I saw a huge wave of people go after I sat. I was sat down for almost an hour and at the end had to end up leaving my 6:25 at 7:10 without being seen …….
