Friendly tech. Clean
Laniya is absolutely wonderful. She is so darn sweet. I never have issues when she injects the needle. She's constantly on top of the machines and asking if I'm okay. Whenever I get her area, I'm happy because I KNOW I'm going to be in and out and the tables will be quickly sanitized after. She was the only person to ever take time to explain things to me too(aside from the nurses). I definitely recommend coming here for her alone. Lately this location has been employing some very unprofessional people.. im laying down in silver section she standing over me prepping my arm while speaking/yelling to her coworker in the section across the way.. I worked all day then went to donate plasma. The last this i want to hear is someone yelling a foot away from my face. Then absolutely destroys my arm with her just guessing how to stick my vein.. I am just amazed how kind and thoughtful all staff is at Addison location. There is not one person that did not have a smile on their faces each time I came. I can't even imagine how it is to look at blood all day long but you could never tell that it bothered the staff. All of us could really learn the kindness from the staff. Thank you for making this process easier for all of us!
