went to biolife addison they took all my personal information when i got to the computer for more personal information after that i was following the nurse she took a paper and stated because of age and my eyes was blood shot she said she cannot take plasma until the cdc checks the report out is this how you all employees work i was also informed that they will call me which is a lie
Stay far away from this place. I understand hematomas can happen — I’m a nursing student. However, what is wrong with this facility is negligence. My hematoma would have never been this awful if the healthcare staff member in charge of taking care of me did not leave me unattended. She left the area she’s supposed to stay in and was scrolling on her phone. As I felt my skin tightening, it took multiple attempts to call for her to receive help.
