Still have not received my money donated thursday and Saturday. They gave me a bad card and now it's going to take at least 7 to 10 business days to receive. I went to donate because I'm desperate for money immediately and their attitude is oh well sorry for your bad luck have a nice day. They will steal from your body and refuse to pay you!!

I gotta be honest, after 2 attempts to donate plasma at this BioLife location, I can't think of a better way to WASTE TIME. Considering that an appointment needs to be made and the hours that this location operates, it's a big chunk of the day that needs to be set aside to donate. The advertisement misled me, which claimed $100 each for the first 2 donations. Sounds pretty good. However, I've never been able to get past the first step of being inspected by the phlebotomist. App showed all appointments open so I stopped in (from out of town and had time to kill waiting for a flight). Neighborhood is sketchy, there were 15 people waiting for the check in, 7 more people waiting to get a chair and every chair taken with many not even hooked up, maybe 3 technicians walking around. Walked out. No thanks
It was quick, the staff was very friendly, caring and professional. If you go early in the morning, there is almost no waiting.
