I’ve experienced many nice employees at the this location but I’ve also experienced many rude . More so rude than not . And not even just towards the donors but to each other . When you walk in the employees don’t even acknowledge you and if you need a manager for ANYTHING , plan on waiting for quite a while . I , myself once overheard them admit to each other that the manager was probably in back making someone upfront wait because they didn’t feel like it . First time here the shaky handed phlebotomist didn't insert the needle correctly and 5 minutes in I started leaking all over. 2nd time the very disinterested phlebotomist (never did introduce herself or even say hello) barely looked for a vein, stuck me, and then declared a hematoma. I know my veins are smaller, but come on, this is your whole job, get it right. What a waste of 2 hours.

I had just parked and began walking in the parking lot to give blood and a very rude woman told me to go park in the festival parking lot. I have O neg as well..... I don't understand your business practices.

I rescheduled an appointment to a different time the same day and they took 5 dollars. I arrived 10 minutes early and still had to wait over 40 min before I was seen. That's some BS. My next appointment will be my last there.

Horribly understaffed - what should take an hour usually takes 2-3+ hours. Definitely not worth the compensation even with the sign up bonus applied.
