Only problem I have are these new techs be bruising my arm or don’t know how to properly stick and quickly need someone to come adjust because they are not Qualified to do so
Everybody was super nice and being a new donor the process was quick and easy
I’m not even going to get started on how unprofessional the workers are here because I would be writing for days but I will say this my father went in to donate plasma something he’s done for years, this being the first time with Biolife and was denied “due to having a prosthetic eye” and actually tried to use the excuse of it “being to close to his brain” LOL that’s actually hilarious. Stopped going here . almost impossible to setup appointments and get second day which is higher pay .the staff has been rude multiple times . Clearly not knowledgeable on things they should know once even had other staff members and a supervisor because they thought the hole and scar from donating was from drug use with no other marks on my arm is just crazy to assume that .very judgemental very rude .
