No waiting this time- the technicians were far more attentive and quick to connect and disconnect much faster than usual. Maybe more well staffed than usual?
I donate here every once in a while, and it’s a great place, the staff is very nice. This visit was great, I was helped by a very sweet woman named Racquel. I’m very scared of needles, and she made the whole process very very easy. Highly recommend that if you are scared of needles but still want to donate, that you ask for her
This BioLife location is exceptional. I recommend this plasma center to anybody who appreciates good service and care and compassion for their customers and patients. The staff members that help me sign up and do my initial appointment and donation we're so nice and professional I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again to a wonderful experience and meeting some really great people.
