I'm someone who doesn't like needles, the process at the Pewaukee Bio Life has proven that my fear doesn't have to out weight the benefit. Everyone is nice, professional and helpful. Each visit I've had, just finished my third donation, has been able to insert the needle with little to no discomfort (very much appreciated). The staff was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The donation process was efficient, and I always feel like they care about my comfort and safety.
Staff was wonderful as usual. Sunshine, Sara and Kaylee absolutely ROCK!!!!
Everyone at BioLife has shone kindness and expertise. I will continue to donate plasma there. It deserves the 5 star rating I gave it.
