Are the staff is extremely friendly and engaging, make donating, absolutely easy, and enjoyable. The only problem I'm having now is the app, and logging on after an email to make a new appointment. I've deleted the app reinstalled, redid my password, and I'm still having a problem. However, that's a slight minor problem. Everyone at BioLife is excellent, thank you.
My second visit was a terrific success. Technician was fabulous and the donation process went smoothly.
I’ve never been denied or deferred from any other location as much as I have from this one. Additionally, not all, but many staff also seem to have a chip on their shoulder and do not want to be there.
