The place is clean and most of the staff are nice (save for the man who helped me today), but they need to be better educated about vitals and how to take them properly. The last two times my blood pressure was deemed too high to donate, but the cuff they used was way too small. I requested a larger cuff multiple times and was ignored. The blood pressure numbers were subsequently alarmingly high. Today they were hypertensive crisis high. Everyone is friendly and very nice
Pewaukee location is run well. They have hired more people. I believe they will be open 7 days a week sometime this month.
Love the people there, very helpful and kind. It is a great experience being able to help others and in turn being helped. It is a win win situation.
