Nice place to donate at staff is friendly and atmospheres cool
I am a new donor and I was suppose to get $100 dollars but when I tried to activate my card it wont let me and the staff said they can't help me ether because they don't know. So I donated today and didn't get paid smh how yall taking my plasma but can't help me with my pay. So basically I donate for free and I didn't get paid. Bad service. They say I got paid but they can't help me activate my card and they gave me a excuse saying it's your old address. Impossible
I was in line the get vitals taken for 30 min. When I walked in, there was three people taking care of donors. Next thing I see, there is only one, with 11 total people waiting. One person, I don’t know if it was her break or time to leave but she got out of there real quick. Personally I would have never left a coworker to handle all the people waiting. I always have a great experience here. Always welcoming amd friendly staff who are quick to help with any issue that may arise. Clean and organized too!
The wait time is getting ridiculous.There's no reason why a person has to wait three hours
