Please don't waste your time here You have better luck getting in contact with the president of the U.S before you can get in contact with any kind of manager or doctor. Also MARIAH (if that's even her name) was extremely condescending and rude and the nurses on site botched my procedure and then blamed ME. My sister and I went in to give plasma. Website didn’t specify what was required to have on person in order to donate. Obviously neither of us carry our social security cards on us, so we didn’t have it. Also, Jill was the first person we talked to and was very rude.
Idk its just something about individuals who work somewhere but don’t like being there, or pick and choose who they want to give quality service to. I’m in retail so as far as i’m concern EVERYBODY that walks into your place of business get QUALITY SERVICE. You all have a staff member by the name of Kimberly G and she was very distasteful.
