Very easy and the staff was excellent.
The wait at this location is horrible; 2 workers to check vitals while the line just wraps around the hall. The actual process of donating plasma isn’t bad and everything appears to be clean and sterile, but severely understaffed. ***I’ve since returned to this location and have to say the wait times are still as horrible as before; even worse now because they got new machines (finally) but weren’t provided with the same amount they had before so even if you get through the vital check “quick” you’re waiting for X amount of ... read more
tried donating *four* times with something coming up each time i didn't "do correctly." made no sense-- i *do not* recommend this location. can't even come back again, my dad is fed up with me driving here!
Very nice staff....very slow wait times due to needing more staff. Staff gets 5 stars.
