Worst experience. Phlebotomist, Mimi, was incredibly rude and the entire process was painful without suggestions to improve. The front desk explained everything well, but once I was brought back there was minimal conversation and poor bedside manner. Machine was not functioning for several minutes before a staff member was flagged down to assist.

This place is what it is. A bunch of workers who don’t care about doing a good job. They talk and mess around meantime the line that was already long is getting longer. There is not any sense of urgency.

I appreciate the workers, but I was told my appointment was cancelled by their system at the front desk by a tech after I attempted to check in. The company policy of not notifying clients before their scheduled appointment time is frustrating, and the tech’s dismissive approach did not help.

I was told that I couldn't donate plasma after having a high heart rate three times and needed to have a note sent to my doctor for reapproval. Three weeks later I get a phone call telling me they never sent the paperwork and apparently had to tell me they were sending it, rather than just sending it the day I was rejected. Probably one of the most disorganized places I have ever been to. They also never pick up the phone or call you back, I left 3 or 4 voicemails and never got a call back.
