Ridiculously slow staff, terrible customer service, little to no people answering phones, phlebotomists that talk too much. Ive officially considered this a waste of time. With the donation pay being slightly decreased year after year pair with the inflation of goods, it will soon become worthless.

The staff is very helpful. This was my first visit. Everyone was more than willing to explain everything to me at each stage of the process. Everyone there in my opinion is in the right position! Everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to help.
