The only reasons not a full five is because they do always seem to have a long wait to get screened and the womens bathroom is usually dirty. Thats a very important place to keep clean in any business. Other then that the staff are very nice and friendly.
Donated 8 times with no problems. Next 3 times they said my pulse was over 100..i was denied. They told me to see my doctor. 3 days later I did see my doctor. My pulse was 75. I haven't been back in 6 months and now I get emails "We want you back". Get your stupid machines calibrated correctly and I might. Oh..wait..I will have to take another physical before I can. I highly doubt I will be back. They have my phone number if they want me that bad.
Machine broke down again during my summer break and can’t give plasma for eight weeks! So annoyed
