I went here and was discriminated against. I was asked to take my shirt off in the lobby in front of other patients. The nurse was loud in tone and rude. I didn't get serviced.

Biolife in visalia should be monitored for it donations and fraudulent practices mainly after donating and not receiving proper compensation advertised and sending false information in emails and they are extremely understaffed they tell u it should take less than 2 hours and it usually takes 3 to 4 and to get new customers cut them in front of existing customers in line

You have to set an appointment to donate your plasma with this company. Then when you come in they are understaffed and you have to wait in a very very long line to even get screened. They have inexperienced phlebotomists and miss your vein. The only way to get paid is if you let them try and get your other arm which is usually missed from inexperienced people.
