The facility is smaller than other donation centers looks to be less staffed as well. The few staff members I did encounter were generally nice and proper. Wait time was way longer than expected, spent over an hour just waiting in line just to be sent to another line. Only problem I have had so far has not been with the place but the payment card they have set up. I went to go use my card after donation and it worked fine.
