I had left a bad review but ultimately I think it was just pure frustration and impatience from waiting multiple hours for a donation. I do think the workers are doing all they can, and I apologize about my bad review the other day but they really need to figure it out….
They never answer the phone. As if they are down the street. They act like they don’t need donors. All of them are the same.
location has become very unprofessional.
Above Expectations
The past two weeks the Tiffany Springs location has been understaffed and it has taken me almost over an hour just to get in a chair. It’s making me not want to donate at all.
