I have been calling for DAYS. I’ve called probably a total of 30 times now, I’ve clicked all extensions and no one will answer the phone. This is ridiculous. Is there not someone to answer the phone????? Monday through Thursday there is not one person to pick of the dang phone?
Gave me a compromised card on my first donation with a negative balance instead of my payment and did nothing to help. Somebody apparently got paid but not the donor..
The folks doing the work are hard working and excellent staff, no complaints about the customer service personnel. It blows my mind to set an appointment for a certain time and you show up and there is a line to the front door. 15 people waiting for their pre exam, and then another 20 people waiting to be sat. Serious question. What in the world is the point of being able to schedule an appointment when management is unable to regulate the number of appointments set to that ACTUAL available staff. Not only is this a great way to get some extra cash but the reward for helping others also weighs well on you. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, patient and easy going. I strongly recommend anyone whos looking to help others or even just to make money go donate at BioLife Plasma
