I tried to give this place a chance. But after waiting 2 and a half hours everytime i give up. I have came 5 times and each time I was there more than two hours. Even on a regular donating day without a physical you don't get back to a chair for over an hour. And even after you are seated you are waiting quite a while to be stuck. Absolute waste of my time, I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never donated at another center as slow as this one.
Professional staff, clean environment
It’s a smooth process but lately the wait to even be seated to donate has become extreme. Lessens the chance of being able to come.
