Great place to go
Absolutely horrible. Multiple times I have set an appointment and didn't get stuck until and he and half or two hours later. This is always an issue. It needs to be figured out. If you got plans during the donating day... Cancel them. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Y'all need to figure it the heck out. Looks like I'm not the only person making this complaint. If reviews mattered, you all would fix this issue as it is listed throughout all of your reviews. Just trash
