takes forever for the money to get on the card, inefficient waiting areas and times, and short staffed, awful customer service when calling the company. they don’t help at all. grifols in mwc is a CAKE WALK compared to the process of donating here, and they compensate more. i am never coming back.
I came in as a new donor intending to donate plasma, and even though they couldn't find my vein this time, the experience was nice. The facility is clean, and the staff is welcoming and clearly works hard. The gentleman, Kimbo who handled my intake was very nice and informative, making the first time process and easy to navigate. When it came to the physical, Nurse Mary was so kind and funny, which completely put me at ease.
