I had an appointment at 8:30 and as I walked in I was not greeted. I stood in the front desk for some time before I was noticed and not until I said out loud excuse me I’m a new donor. The girl checking donors in then answered. The girl checking donors in then stated; I will be with you in a bit, however kept checking people and never helped me, a male after visibly seeing I was not being helped then approached the desk and started helping me. Short staffed most of the time lately and long waiting time (Around 2 hours)
The lines are longer they have a new system where you have to constantly repeat yourself and lastly what used to take a hour and a half now takes up to 2 to 3 hours just to donate at the same rate of the past. They also take more plasma for the same cost. But the staff is nice and understanding.
Always short staffed but the staff they do have are always very hardworking people. Great things only to say about them all.
Phlebotamist messed up my arm which lasted more than a week with bruising and pain. This has kept me from donating again because of 1 bad arm. They are rude and very slow.
