This is for real, the worst plasma center as far as pay and all this appt bs. No app. Pay gets lower and lower. I only come here because it's close by. The staff and everyone is cool though. Just BioLife is the LOWEST Paying in the Houston area.
Kevin the manager is very inconsiderate, unprofessional. I was donating when noticing the machine wasn't functioning properly with the flow, I advised of my concern and how I didn't want to be there for over one hour and his response was well the longest we allowed someone to donate for is one hour and a half.
