While the staff are friendly, they are ALWAYS understaffed. People are constantly waiting at the front desk with no one to assist them, standing there for over 15 minutes with no help. The line to get vitals checked is always outrageous. They have 6 monitors to do this process but you will be lucky if 2 people are working. On good days with no line, I can be in and out in an hour. However, with their staffing issue it can take HOURS to do this, with 75% of the time just waiting to get a bed. If you can find a faster facility... read more

Lord we're is Kaitlyn and the big boss cause when there not here things just go so badly...the laziest ppl in bio is at this bio..I'm praying the owner sees this comment...you got two good nurses 2 good stickers and one good person doing vitals... every one else is just here for a check it's not about saving lives with them.... please check on the center in Beaumont on Dowling
