Brian, the manager remedied my problem as of 9/7/25.
Everyone here has been extremely nice and I have a great experience most days. I have donated 34 times so I think I have a good idea of the place…lol…there will be an occasional day where an employee has a bad stick…could be they are having on off day or it may be I am not as hydrated as I should be…that’s happened 3 times out of 34. If they can’t get the stick they still pay you for your time. Some days there is a long wait, if that’s the case and I don’t have the time I just come back the next day. I have donated before and all the other times I donated. Everything was nice smooth sailing this time. My arm swelled up now it’s back black and blue. Very bad experience.
Went in yesterday for my first appointment and physical. Upon walking in, I asked where I needed to go as a new donor since the sign wasn’t placed correctly. a woman looked at me and rolled her eyes and said “what do you want?” Entire experience was unprofessional. Entire staff was rude and robotic. I got there at 8 in the morning and they’re already acting like they hate their lives?! Come be a real nurse and see how hard the medical field really is.
