The facility was clean and all the staff were nice. Ramona was great and I barely felt the needle stick. I look forward to the next visit

It was my first time donating. The staff helped me understand the entire process. The staff member Ramona was very professional and continued to check on me throughout the entire process and answered all questions I had.
The manager here is extremely rude, and there needs to be a more sufficient way for customers to give feedback that will actually be heard and taken seriously because I have seen 3 other reviews about this particular individual and yet she remains. All i can say is this particular location is truly a hit or miss so go at your own discretion.
