I love the way ms Dakota so cool and down to earth and she gets the job done fast
I like some of the staff there at biolife. What i dont like is how you have to call about 20 times to get through to someone because the dude that screens new donors doesnt like to answer the phone. Hw is very nasty and doesn't like to do his job. Very unprofessional!!
The staff is so nice and professional except for the man trying to be a woman at the front desk. He is utterly disrespectful, has horrible customer service, and needs to be fired. My friend and i have had bad experiences with him on separate occasions and agrees that he is very unprofessional.
Friendly staff. Follow safety procedures. New machines make the donation process twice as fast once past the biometric screening!
The last couple of months, the line has always been extremely long. The staff is working so slowly. They walk slowly, chat with each other about personal matters, laugh, and seem completely unconcerned about the long line. Three times, I left after waiting 40–50 minutes because it looked like I’d have to wait even longer. No one seems to care about the people waiting.
