Hello,! I've donated twice and I had a reaction both times. Then I tried to donate twice after that. My iron was too low both times. I did everything I was told to do to get it up higher. Nothing worked. So I'm giving up. But I'd like to say, everyone at the center was completely helpful and thoughtful. Very good group of employees you have working there. It just didn't work for me. I wish your center continued success. Thank you for the opportunity to give. Just wasn't for me. Iris Letz
Have not had a great experience so far, told my wife today I can't wait to not have to do this anymore. Rude front staff, they threw my card away when I went to the bathroom before I donated then tried to charge me for another one. One phlebotomist is a little too friendly in my opinion. Saying weird shit like, "you're mine" like Dexter before she stuck me. It it what it is I need money but shit I thought csl was bad. Udate my elbow feels horrible after my second donation. Will not be returning
Clean, professional, and over all the best experience I've had at a plasma donation. BioLife is the best. 10/10
