Very nice staff and smooth process! I was new donor and didn't have to wait around too long, it was a relatively fast process
They still have issues with staff there. The phlebotomist stabbed my vein 4 times, then switched to my right arm. Thank God I noticed the clotting in the tubing, she did not. I could have died. Also, my first draw was to include a $20 bonus, which they forgot to add. I sent emails and called customer service about it. Crickets. I really don't want to go back to that site.
