They make sure that you are ready and fit to donate. Very professional and friendly.
Cache was extremely helpful, caring, and relatable. Thoroughly explained everything and made sure to check on you numerous times. Pleasant experience
The lack of effort the employees give out is very poor. They straight up judge off appearances. And since they've been low staff they try to reject anyone over any little thing. And if you do happen to get sent back to donate your lucky if they poke you right the 1st time because they be messing up BAD, even on new donors. And when you're done they don't tightly wrap you up like they're supposed to, instead I feel the warm blood gathering on my skin under the wrappage. Won't be going back, Done!
