Very friendly staff, easy process for new donors, love that you need an appointment it makes the process take less time.
So I had read everything I could find concerning donating d/t fact that I do have a few health issues however I could find nothing that excluded me. Went to appt, they checked me in gave me snacks & I went through a health screening that involved my height, weight, review of my account which I had set up online and going through all their legal documents and screening questions on a computer.
