Nice and friendly
The waits can be long, even once seated. I question the professionalism and ability of the staff. I have a huge hematoma on my left bicep. It was explained to me that the puncture may have been due to "skinny" veins. I have large vessels and do not understand how this mistake could have been made. That was my last time donating.
I feel good everything I donate and the staff are very nice!!
I never had a problem before with this location. Only TODAY that this is happening. I scheduled for a physical+donation at 1:15pm and they said that i wasn't scheduled. I confirmed my appointment prior to coming coz obv i know how it works. I drove 35min to go here, but i just wasted my time ig. I understand that its not the worker's fault but just disappointed with the system. Never coming back to donate again.
