No. Just no. This place turned me off of donating, as a new doner this was horrible for many reasons. Maybe I was just unlucky, but firstly, when I got there today the receptionist was super rude to me, then he gave me the wrong “card”, causing miscommunication with the other staff, and an unnecessary wait time that another staff member says wasn’t necessary. Since the new manager took over wait times are double. I used to go in and be done in 1.5 hours or less, now it’s 2.5+. Members are complaining. I’m starting to wonder if it’s even worth it anymore. Staff seems miserable, before everyone was always in a good mood and very friendly. I feel so bad for the employees, so over worked!!!
Donated at this location 5 times so far and I’ve been very pleasantly surprised at how consistently friendly they are here. Every person I’ve talked to here has always been helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces each and every time while being completely professional and efficient at the same time. Highly recommend this specific location to anyone reading this. Help others, make money and have a great experience while doing so
I’ve been to plenty of different BioLife facilities and with just my luck this Sacramento location is the closest if not, the only one near Fairfield/Vallejo. More workers should be up front taking vital signs or a designated person who handles new clients. I had my appointment at 01:05pm and did not get vitals taken until 3pm and did not leave the facility till 5pm and 30minutes I spent waiting for someone to take out my IV catheter only to be told “yeah you'll get yours out eventually” ..meanwhile i’m watching the 4 people... read more
