On 10/14/2025 my plasma was routed into the saline bag. I experienced fatigue, muscle cramps and headaches. I was told the review would take one day. It has been over 3 weeks with no update of return phone call. I have left 4 messages and filled out the contact form on the website. No choice but to escalate to corporate (parent company is Takeda Pharmaceutical) and report to the FDA. I have a right to know the outcome of their internal investigation and they refuse. I do not recommend, there are too many choices.
PLASMA CENTER UNDRRSTAFFED FOR WEEKS CONSECUTIVE. 13 - 15 CLIENTS WAITING AFTER APPOINTMENT TIMES. WAITING FOR HOURS. 4 HOURS A VISIT. STAFF OVER WORKED. HALF OF DONATION CENTER CHAIRS EMPTY BECAUSE NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO COVER. THOSE STATIONS. COMPINSATION IS ON FLOATING SCALE . CLIENTS TIME IS VALUABLE, WOULD SUGGEST . BLIND ONSITE AUDIT FROM CORPRATE SUPERVISION..
They cancelled my appointment on 2 different occasions this last time i answerd my questions sat in line awhile and saw a lady who was at the computer before me answering her questions behind me in the line so i said its raining imma move my truck closer gave her my spot and talked to the guy behind her affirming that they was good with me stepping out came back and the very depressed looking little girl asked me if i had already answerd my questions i said yes then she said well since you went outside you cant donate i said... read more
