While the service is importent and the funds provided are needed the staff here clearly does not value anyones time or confort. Your appointment time is a suggestion not a appointment to them but if you miss your time to sign in too bad so sad try again tomorrow. If you come make sure to can spend 3-4 hours here as on a fast you will not be getting screened for at least 30 minutes then you wont be getting in a chair for another 1-2 hours. I have had favorable experiences. Just wished there was seating for the lengthy waiting times. And yes Karen is quick professional and eager to serve.
