They're closed Sunday and Monday and on Tuesday you can't get an appointment until Thursday

Im not happy. I drove all the way from Salem and was told I could not donate because of my arms. I just donated two days ago and my left arm was bruised from last weeks donation. And my right arm has a mark from where they always stick me in the same spot. None of this was a problem two days ago when I donated. Anyway the moral of this story is Im going to Grifols. Like so many of us i depend on that extra cash.. I wonder if BioLife will pay for the gas I wasted to drive out there
To get started can be crazy with everything you need, they may question things and need a Doctor note however, after all is said and done very pleasant. My first donation was a breeze and the staff was very sweet. Be aware you may WAIT a bit for a bed due to staffing so please don't hold it against them. Highly recommend and give these peeps some recognition because they are working their BUMS off!
