I had a great experience at this facility and the help of Ashley who was very polite n professional and to Valrine (Vee) and Monea also was perfect
I wasn't stuck in the order I was supposed to be and when I brought it up to someone I was completely dismissed in the most condescending tone....as if I haven't been doing this for over a year... I was completely in the right and really didn't appreciate her tone or attitude
For some reason it seems that you have went back to to have more appointments scheduled then the staff can handle. My opinion is either hire more people or make fewer appointments to streamline the donor experience.
The process is long and nobody helps you so I don’t know if they care about health and blood or just money for sticking your arm. Some people like giving pain to others
