I’ve been a regular BioLife donor at multiple centers and never had an issue until I came to the Irving, TX location (4033 W Airport Fwy). I used the thermometer in my mouth like I’ve always done at every other BioLife — no one had ever said that was a problem. I have been in contact with bio plasma for the past three months, And I have spoken to three different nurses who keep telling me different information. Every single time is very irritating, One nurse tells me she’ll call me back she doesn’t call me for the three weeks.
