I am a new donor I arrived on time today just for them to tell me I’m unable to donate today cause they were short a nurse. However a new donor came in as I was waiting for my ride and they let her and her husband reschedule themselves for later on today.
Clearly bio life is about making money and not about efficiency or customers they heard people through like cattle forget about them in their chairs and are not competent enough to manage the chairs being full. They’re unable to hit a vein without bruising the arm.
The last tech who hooked me up to machine was ruff my arm was hurting the whole time. Other than that this is my favorite plasma center to date.
It was smooth in the beginning as a new donor as soon as the new donor promotion ended. It went down hill for me. It definitely ruined my experience. I choose to stop donating. The extra cash was great but to come unknowingly you won’t be able to donate and extra hassle I dealt with is not worth the engery. Only speaking on my experience. Never again.
