Everyone was friendly, but I waited 3 hours checking in and waiting as a new donor just to be told I couldn't donate because I've had a tetanus shot recently. I wish the questionnaire process were more efficient, so I didn't have to waste an afternoon
The first few times were ok but the third time I waited in line just to be put to the side for 20 mins only to get put back in line because a particular nurse had me wait to tend to people at the front desk letting multiple people who were behind me finish up their screenings. understaffed and very inefficient
My first time donating, this team was absolutely a beast on today. Not only did I feel carefully guided through every step of the way, I felt like I was in good hands all across the board.
Well on my first time here I was very nervous but they helped me to ease my mind it was great!! Everyone was very nice and professional definitely recommend to others.
The first time I went in there was okay it took about almost 20 minutes with someone to talk to me when I was the first time donor just even start the process and then the second time I went in there they bruised up my vein so bad I can barely move my arm and it's not even healing at all
