Always pleasant and friendly experience the staff is always curious and take care of me. I would like to see a BIO go up in Rehobeth, Georgetown, or Lewes area for I travel 1 hour both ways to donate to help out. Thanks for the compensation it helps.
Really should take less appointments till they have the staff. But the staff is wonderful and tries to get everyone through. Just wish wait times were 3-4 hours from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. 2 times I’ve been there and it took 5ish hours.
