I should have left after the 3 people ahead of me when they stormed out complaining that the technicians couldn't find a vein in both arms. I ended up wasting 2.5 hours for nothing. The staff is not trained at all and do not know what they are doing and have an attitude problem. Can't even do something for a good cause and will 100% not be going back to that place.

Worst place I’ve ever gone to for blood their machines take blood too fast and shakes the needle and they messed up my appointment won’t ever come back go to Octapharma or the place in ac this place isn’t even safe with those machines

While I know donating is not a guarantee, you should better accommodate your donors that have appointments later in the evening. If there comes a time when it becomes backed up with donors, people should be contacted prior to coming in there. I drove an hour and twenty minutes from work to get there, then to wait in line for from 615pm to 820pm only for you to tell me that there are no more donors. Clearly it was backed up for hours.
