Personal experience on 02/25-02/26/2026. I decided to donate for a change. I made an appt, passed all the vitals, capillary tests were normal. Everything was a go until I was called to the office for the actual physical. Mind you, I vested almost 1 hour doing just this basic stuff. The nurse tells me that because I did not have a full meal, I could not proceed to donate. I work during the day and essentially snack during the day. It’s not like I haven’t had anything to eat.
