The staff here is amazing. Honestly why I chose this facility over others.
So far I've donated 5 times at Biolife. The people there are extremely professional and caring. Overall great atmosphere. I genuinely enjoy helping people out with my donations. I hope 2 continue as long as I can.
Very professional, clean, and orderly! The staff is also very courteous, charismatic, and helpful. I had a bit of a learning curve to being a plasma donor but the staff helped me every step of the way!
