Have a wonderful experience every time I go.
Walked in to donate and was told they are appointments only after scanning in using my fingerprint. System said I was not in there and a staff member said they now require appointments and apparently have since opening in 2019. Which is false because I was in here the whole month of January and only had my initial appointment after that I walked in to donate. It’s been 6 months since my last donation so this was not an “always thing.”
10/10 recommend. From checking in to leaving the clinic. Staff was amazing.
