ON SATURDAY JULY 19, 2025 I WAS HUMILIATED BY THE STAFF THERE. MEGAN SEND ME TO THE NURSE AND THE NURSE SAID I HAD A BAD SMELL AND COULD NOT DONATE. I WENT THERE AS A HERO TO HELP PEOPLE AND THEY DISRESPECTED MY DIGNITY! DON'T GO THERE THE STAFF IS BAD!!!
Today was my 1st time donating. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable every step of the way. The place was packed (in my opinion lol) the staff was VERY attentive, checking on the doners the entire time I was there. The facility was pretty clean with the exception of a few paper backing on the floor from when they rip the labels off. All staff had their PPE on, changed gloves often and sanitized each station immediately after your donation was finished.
It was a great first time experience. Nurse Nikki was very helpful and informative. She walkthrough each step and explained everything I needed know. Her awesome personality was also a bonus! All of the other workers were very supportive and kind as well. Overall awesome experience, will definitely donate again at the Attleboro location.
Easy to donate knowing that I am appreciated and staff is very professional.
1. Terrible process for returning donors 2. Machine broke during donation 3. Still haven’t been paid in almost a month even though supervisor confirmed I would be per normal process 4. Left several voicemails and contact us forms, no one has responded yet in 4 weeks 5. I know they know I reached out because the account was credited 250courtesy rewards points (=$1 when redeemed) that I should have received anyway along with the overdue payment of $80.
