First time donation went great! Staff was very friendly and helpful to understand the process.

My daughter went to donate and they blew her veins on each arm. Then a staff member told her all you need to work there is a high school diploma. I feel like places like this should hire people with a bit of education, it's very sketchy, and nerving to know multiple people are drawing blood/plasma and didn't even get a medical assistant degree or phlebotomy.
