I'll change this once I finally get a response from them and am able to actually go in (or be told I don't qualify, which wouldn't lessen this rating obviously). Horrific to try and contact. Staff is very welcoming and interactions are frequently enjoyable. Facility is kept up very well and even when busy staff is working to keep it clean. But I pulled back from a 5 star after 2 incidents involving excess bleeding m. One due to a poor needle placement and the needle subsequently slipping out as they attempted to change the placement and the other due to a failed weapon adter donation that led to bleeding in the parking lot and urination of my shirt. My expectations at BioLife is all ways great one I never have a problem I get in and out fast no waiting the staff members are so polite and friendly the place is very clean
